Associates frame research approaches, manage projects, supervise staff, build client relationships, and contribute to marketing and business development. Candidates need a PhD in Finance, Financial Economics, or a related field, strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency with STATA, R, and Excel, and ideally experience in computer science, data analysis, blockchain, crypto markets, or a related professional discipline. The role is open to PhD candidates completing their degree by summer 2027 and experienced PhDs, with an anticipated New York base salary of $230,000 annually.
