True North Insights is hiring an Associate to manage client-facing research engagements from start to finish, coordinate subject-matter experts, develop research plans and timelines, and deliver actionable insights under tight deadlines. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA, 6–18 months of professional experience, strong communication and initiative, and U.S. work authorization. Compensation is $65,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly bonus, with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
