Weber Gallagher is hiring an Associate - Workers Compensation attorney for its Pittsburgh office. The role handles a wide range of workers’ compensation matters, including legal research, pleadings, written discovery, court hearings and trials, client and opposing-counsel communication, and travel for court and client meetings. The position is hybrid and requires 5–8 years of experience, preferably in workers’ compensation, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and an active Pennsylvania bar license.
