Couch Lambert LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Creditors' Rights Practice. The role involves diverse civil litigation work, including attending hearings, legal debt collection, writing articles and regulatory bulletins, bench-bar relations, and leadership in legal consumer financial services. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Mississippi, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. While 1-3 years of litigation experience is preferred, it is not required. The position also includes staff oversight and team collaboration.
