CURE Auto Insurance is hiring an entry-level Associate Attorney to serve as internal counsel for its Personal Injury Protection and Coverage litigation team. The role handles case analysis, arbitration and court pleadings, discovery, examinations under oath, depositions, motions, appeals, and high-level settlement negotiations in Forthright and Superior Court matters. Candidates need a Juris Doctor, litigation or insurance-related internship or clerkship experience, New Jersey bar admission or pending admission, and strong legal research, writing, and communication skills. The position is based in Princeton, New Jersey, with a starting salary of $100,000 to $110,000 annually plus a sign-on bonus, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
