Kubricki Draper is looking for an Associate Attorney with over three years of civil litigation experience, specifically requiring prior insurance defense experience. While construction defect litigation experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have stellar academic credentials, strong legal research and writing skills, persuasive oral advocacy, a client-centric approach, and high organizational abilities. They must also be licensed members of the Florida Bar.
