The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as summons, complaints, judgments, and settlement agreements. They will also handle litigation motions and responses, communicate with attorneys, employers, and clients, and manage court coverage placements. This role requires comfort with courtroom appearances, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
