Trueline is hiring a full-time, fully onsite Associate Attorney for its commercial and insurance coverage litigation boutique in Parsippany, New Jersey. The role handles complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage research and opinions, coverage and declaratory judgment actions, claims disputes, and errors and omissions matters, while supporting discovery, depositions, court appearances, and case strategy. Candidates need a Juris Doctor, active New Jersey bar admission, and 1–8 years of legal experience; insurance experience is a plus but not required for junior candidates. The position offers a base salary of $115,000–$175,000, a discretionary bonus, billable-hour expectations, and employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.
