Bergstein Flynn Knowlton & Pollina PLLC is hiring an Associate Attorney - Condo/Co-Op to advise cooperative and condominium boards and managing agents and handle unit and building purchase and sale transactions. The role covers governing documents, proprietary leases, vendor and contractor agreements, access agreements, board and shareholder meetings, compliance, closings, budget and expense matters, and financing support. Candidates need a J.D., New York bar admission, and approximately 4–7 years of transactional real estate experience, including experience with cooperative and condominium boards.
