Clifford Chance US LLP is hiring an Associate Attorney for its Executive Compensation team in New York or Houston. The role advises public and private companies on global remuneration, incentives, employment tax, equity-based compensation, corporate governance, regulatory and disclosure issues, and complex transactions such as M&A and IPOs. Candidates should have a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, strong academic achievement, executive compensation and M&A experience, bar admission or waiver eligibility, and prior law-firm experience. The salary range is $310,000-$390,000, with actual compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.
