Lydecker is hiring an Associate Attorney for its General Liability defense litigation practice group in Atlanta, Georgia, in a hybrid arrangement. The role handles premises liability, personal injury, and general liability cases under partner supervision, including drafting motions and discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation. Candidates need a Georgia bar license, a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and 0–3 years of civil defense litigation experience; first-year attorneys are welcome.
