The Associate Attorney manages a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, providing strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting briefs and pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, expert witness collaboration, and managing deadlines. The role requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, an active state bar license, at least two years of practice-group experience, and a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.
