Earthjustice is hiring an Associate Attorney for its Seattle office to support environmental and community litigation and advocacy. The three-year position involves legal and factual research, administrative-record review, drafting motions and briefs, court and agency proceedings, client and expert work, and supervising law students. It is a hybrid role requiring two to three days per week in the Seattle office, with regular in-person attendance and travel as needed. Applicants must be law school graduates admitted to or willing to apply for admission to the Washington State Bar, with 0–6 years of litigation experience; 2026 graduates are welcome.
