The role involves executing validation scripts, reviewing test results, packaging validated products, answering pre-sales and customer inquiries, researching customer organizations, coordinating validation testing, and maintaining validation databases. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication and organization skills, and proficiency with Microsoft products; a technical degree, additional customer service experience, and Spanish are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $19.23 USD and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
