Norton Rose Fulbright is hiring an Associate to join its Aviation team within the Banking and Finance practice in Singapore. The role involves working with airlines, lessors, and banks on complex cross-border aviation financing and leasing transactions, including purchase orders, finance and operating leases, tax leases, export credit financings, restructuring, insolvencies, securitizations, and pre-delivery payment financing. The Associate will take ownership of key workstreams, develop strategies, advise clients on commercial aspects, and manage conditions precedent and ancillary documents under supervision. The position requires at least two years of post-qualification experience, qualification in Singapore, England & Wales, or an equivalent common-law jurisdiction, and prior aviation experience.
