Description
KBR is hiring an Associate AWS DevOps Engineer to support the development, automation, security, and operation of AWS environments for mission-critical customer workloads. The role involves deploying and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, migrating and modernizing applications, using Infrastructure as Code, building CI/CD pipelines, supporting containers and Kubernetes, applying security and compliance controls, and maintaining observability, backups, and operational documentation. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of relevant experience, hands-on AWS experience, scripting or programming experience, Linux administration experience, and an active AWS Associate-level certification or the ability to obtain one within six months. U.S. citizenship is required, and the role is contingent on background and contract eligibility requirements.
