Beacon ABA Services is hiring full-time and part-time ABA Therapists to deliver individualized, play-based behavioral treatment to young children with autism spectrum disorder in clients’ homes and community settings. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collaborating with families and Early Intervention professionals, collecting and analyzing progress data, and adjusting strategies with supervising BCBAs. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, organization, and a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; prior experience with young children is preferred but full training is provided. Compensation starts at $23.00–$27.00 per hour, with medical and dental insurance available to full-time employees.
