Description
The role manages vessel profiles, berth applications, cargo-client codes, storage, crane allocations, vessel records, and CVRS bookings; supports vessel scheduling, cargo handling, and crane allocation; reviews operational processes and SOPs; analyses data and operational issues; and uses AI and digital tools to improve efficiency. The position also prepares reports and presents recommendations to management and stakeholders. A maritime, logistics, supply chain, business, operations, or related degree is required, while relevant port or terminal experience is advantageous.
