HomeTrust Bank is hiring an Associate Branch Manager to assist the Branch Manager or Retail Market Leader with sales, business development, marketing, customer service, branch operations, compliance, and employee coaching. The role manages daily branch activities, supports hiring and performance management, maintains cash and vault security, and ensures adherence to banking regulations. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six years of banking experience in new account opening and lending including HELOC, sales and service leadership experience, S.A.F.E. registration or willingness to obtain it, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
