Colliers is hiring a 1099 independent contractor for a commission-based commercial real estate sales role. The position involves cold calling, prospecting, lead follow-up, database maintenance, networking, proposal and lease review, presentation preparation, and eventual independent management of sales transactions. Applicants need at least one year of relevant sales experience, Arizona real estate licensing, CRM and Microsoft Excel experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and authorization to work in the United States. The role is 100% commission-based and does not offer visa sponsorship.
