Jencap is hiring an Associate Broker for its Professional Liability Brokerage team. The role supports senior brokerage and production staff by marketing, managing, and retaining wholesale business through relationship building and responsive customer service. Responsibilities include placing and servicing insurance business, analyzing renewals and loss data, preparing coverage specifications, coordinating policy changes, obtaining competitive quotes, presenting recommendations, and soliciting retailer feedback. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a state-issued property and casualty license, at least one year of brokerage experience, knowledge of insurance carriers and agency partners, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. It is a hybrid role based in the Atlanta, Georgia office, with base salary determined by compensable factors and possible discretionary incentive compensation.
