RT Specialty is hiring an Associate Broker to support its Property team in Tampa. The role provides hands-on training and mentorship while assisting with commercial property account servicing, policy administration, endorsements, renewals, new business, carrier engagement, marketing, and client service. It is a fully onsite, five-day-per-week position with a target annual salary of $80,000 to $100,000, and requires a Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one within 45 days of hire.
