The role covers dilapidations, fire safety, pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, ESG initiatives, and project administration, with responsibilities including client communication, project delivery, team leadership, and strategic asset oversight. The position requires an MRICS chartered surveyor, prefers commercial property consultancy experience, and offers hybrid working with at least three days in the office.
