The Associate Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting process and solution design, conducting data analysis, assisting with project planning and UAT, and helping create documentation and training materials. The role is remote, W2, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years of relevant experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, and strong analytical and communication skills.
