The Virginia Department of Transportation is hiring an Associate Business Analyst to support its Business Analytics and Testing Support Team. The role documents business needs, analyzes processes, translates customer requirements into actionable work, supports Agile and Waterfall software development, contributes to requirements and user stories, participates in testing and user acceptance testing, and helps improve business analysis processes using Power Apps or Power Automate. The position requires VDOT experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and local availability in Richmond, Virginia.
