Description
The Business Analyst will gather and analyse business requirements, evaluate processes and data, identify process-improvement opportunities, assist in technology solution design, develop performance reports and dashboards, communicate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a university degree in management, IT, or a related business field, proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools, experience with AI tools, and at least two years of Associate Business Analyst or Business Analyst experience in financial services. A Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification and project experience are advantageous.
