Radius is hiring an Associate Business Analyst for its Data Services & Reporting team in Crewe. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, creating process maps and user stories, supporting impact assessments and root-cause investigations, collaborating with technical teams, and helping validate reporting and analytics solutions using SQL and business intelligence tools. Candidates need prior experience in a business analyst or similar requirements-focused role, stakeholder engagement, analytical problem-solving, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
