The role requires business analysis, requirements elicitation, process mapping, communication, and familiarity with project delivery approaches, along with a four-year degree in a relevant field. The position is based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Columbia, Maryland area, with some remote work possible for candidates with experience and expected travel to client sites. The expected annual base salary is $72,000-$82,000, with health plan options, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
