Interactive Brokers Group is hiring an Associate - Business Development to support onboarding and advising high-net-worth and institutional EMEA clients on its trading platform, coordinate B2B client integrations and product optimization across legal, operations, technology, and client services teams, conduct brokerage-market research, participate in integration client meetings, and assist assigned Indian retail applications with account forms, opening, and funding. The role requires 1–5 years of brokerage or financial-industry experience, a bachelor's degree or MBA, MS Office proficiency, fluent English, quantitative and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication. It follows a hybrid model with three office days per week and includes medical and life insurance among other benefits.
