Avid Bioservices is hiring an Associate, Business Operations to support the end-to-end RFP, RFI, proposal, quotation, and change-order process for CDMO client opportunities. The role coordinates cross-functional input, prepares proposal materials, supports pricing and timelines, manages review and approval workflows, maintains proposal content, and tracks activity in Salesforce or other business systems. It is a full-time remote position with a base salary of $66,400 to $83,000 annually, plus bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
