Description
The Associate, Business Tools supports Dimensional’s global CRM and sales technology ecosystem by gathering business requirements, translating them into user stories and scalable solutions, managing small-to-medium projects, maintaining client data, and executing data activities with Excel and Snowflake. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders, contributes to product roadmaps, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM experience, sales operations or financial services experience, and Agile knowledge are preferred; immigration sponsorship is not available.
