Pattern is hiring an Associate Buyer to execute demand forecasting, inventory planning, and weekly ordering for assigned brands. The role involves updating short-term forecasts, building multi-month ordering plans, preparing demand and receipt forecasts, coordinating with brand management, and recommending corrective actions for forecast deviations. It is a full-time hybrid position in Lehi, Utah, requiring a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of supply/demand planning, buying, or analytical experience, Excel proficiency, ERP and inventory workflow exposure, and strong organizational and communication skills. The role reports to an Associate Director of Inventory Management and offers career growth toward an Inventory Manager position.
