Description
The ICSR Team Leader leads pharmacovigilance ICSR management for selected projects or groups of projects, manages assigned ICSR staff, oversees workflows and client cooperation, maintains project KPIs, proposes process improvements, manages deviations, reviews trackers and timesheets, participates in ICSR processing and second-quality control, and supports other subject-matter experts. The role requires a life-science, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related qualification or experience, extensive pharmacovigilance experience including demonstrated line-management experience, and strong communication, organizational, delegation, planning, technical, and teamwork skills.
