Description
The Associate Category Manager will build and execute a national category strategy for Home Chef’s supply chain, researching suppliers, conducting RFPs, analyzing bids, managing supplier relationships, and supporting plant-level sourcing, cost, quality, and fulfillment goals. The role requires at least one year of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in perishable goods, strong analytical and Excel skills, relationship-management experience, and a four-year degree in business or a related field. The Illinois base salary range is $67,000–$74,500 USD, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and flexible spending account benefits.
