Description
The Associate (CDZ) supports customs operations for CAE and MLI stations in the United States by preparing, validating, and filing Importer Filing Requirements (OFR) information in Kewill ISF, EDM/IBM, Logis/CW1, and Customs Management platforms. The role checks documents, enters exception codes for late filings, maintains process quality, and supports transition and operational-excellence activities. Candidates should have a background in industrial engineering, business administration, international business, or a similar field, along with English and Spanish communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and customer-service and teamwork abilities.
