Description
The Chaplain assists in delivering chaplaincy and spiritual care to patients, family caregivers, and team members in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include arranging spiritual care, participating in worship and sacramental activities, responding to care requests, providing emotional support, documenting records, coordinating clergy and pastoral visitors, and supporting memorial services and funerals. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, four Clinical Pastoral Education units, endorsement or recommendation from a spiritual or religious organization, and 0–1 years of relevant healthcare chaplaincy experience.
