Description
The Associate Chaplain provides pastoral, spiritual, and emotional support to residents in WCBR’s Health Center and Catered (Assisted) Living, including visits, worship, end-of-life and bereavement support, spiritual programming, care-plan coordination, and memorial services. The role also supports associates and may assist the Manager of Spiritual Care Services. It requires a Master of Divinity or equivalent, ordination, Holy Communion administration, liturgical preparation, and at least five years of pastoral experience, with long-term care, acute care, hospice, or CCRC experience preferred. The starting salary is $68,027 to $98,639, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
