Description
The Associate Client Advocate supports large and complex commercial property and casualty insurance clients by managing pre-renewal strategy, exposure and coverage information, needs and gap analysis, program-level proposals, binding, invoicing, endorsements, audits, retro adjustments, contract reviews, and ongoing client service. The role requires five years of large and complex insurance experience, property and casualty knowledge, strong client and relationship management, negotiation, communication, project management, and licensing or continuing-education requirements. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 USD annually plus an annual short-term incentive bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits; visa sponsorship is not offered.
