Description
BlackRock is hiring a Client Contracting Team member to review, draft, negotiate, and execute legal contracts for institutional clients. The role owns a client channel, coordinates internal partners, manages client expectations, mitigates risk, maintains contractual documentation, and supports the sales team. A Juris Doctor degree and a proven record of drafting and negotiating sophisticated legal contracts are required; 3–6 years of relevant investment management experience is preferred. The position is available in Princeton, New Jersey; Atlanta, Georgia; and Wilmington, Delaware, with a hybrid work model requiring at least four days per week in the office.
