Description

Huron is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Client Enablement & Onboarding team. The role involves supporting the successful transition, onboarding, and readiness of new client engagements and expansions across Huron Managed Services. This includes coordinating onboarding activities, tracking progress, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, and serving as a key project coordinator during implementation and go-live phases. The associate will also focus on improving processes, documenting standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, working in a healthcare, consulting, technology, or shared services environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred but not required.
Experience supporting client implementations, onboarding, training, or change management initiatives preferred
Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred
