Description
The Associate of StepStone Investor Servicing in Charlotte supports investor onboarding into StepStone’s investment vehicles, manages investor and account records, coordinates with legal, compliance, fund administration, business development, and external vendors, and oversees AML/KYC, subscription documentation, and onboarding SLAs. The role also supports institutional business development, uses digital subscription platforms, improves onboarding processes through automation and AI, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. It requires 5–7+ years of direct investor onboarding experience in alternative investments, knowledge of private equity, venture capital, real estate, private debt, or infrastructure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
