BlackRock is hiring an Associate for its Alternatives Client Platform team in Atlanta, Georgia. The role supports investor communications, client and fund reporting, fundraising activities, data management, analytics, and operational improvement across private markets strategies. Responsibilities include preparing client reporting packages, coordinating recurring and custom reporting, analyzing performance and AUM data, supporting RFP and due diligence responses, and improving workflows. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of financial services or asset management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with VBA or Python is a plus. The salary range is USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, with an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including healthcare, leave, and retirement benefits. The hybrid work model requires employees to work at least four days in the office per week.
