ICG is hiring a permanent, full-time Associate in Client Relations for its Real Estate department in London St Paul’s. The role supports fundraising and ongoing investor engagement by serving as a technical conduit between investment teams, marketers, and clients; preparing fund presentations, PPMs, RFPs, and DDQs; synthesizing fund and market data; coordinating investor meetings and communications; and tracking fundraising pipelines. Candidates need financial-markets experience focused on debt markets, strong communication, analytical, numerical, commercial, organizational, and collaboration skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Exposure to private debt, asset management, investment banking, placement agency work, and relevant professional qualifications is desirable.
