Guidepoint is hiring an Associate on its Client Service team to understand client research needs, identify and recruit experts for its advisor network, screen experts for project suitability, and develop professional profiles. The role also involves lead generation, coordinating with project managers in London and Düsseldorf, and operating in a KPI-driven sales environment. It is a hybrid position based in the Athens office and requires a bachelor’s degree, prior internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience, English and German fluency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and internationally.
