Description
The Associate Client Services Manager assists the Senior Client Service Manager in managing contracted services for specific customer accounts. This involves ensuring all services are delivered to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or performance targets, acting as a point of contact for service delivery escalations, and fostering customer and third-party relationships. The role also includes assisting with reporting, service setup, service improvement plans, and minimizing service credit liabilities.
