ICG is hiring a permanent, full-time Associate, CLO Operations in London St Pauls. The role sits within Investment Operations and supports EU and US CLO operations by monitoring cash projections, modelling proposed trades, preparing portfolio and compliance reports, coordinating with portfolio management and external service providers, resolving trading and investor issues, overseeing reporting and waterfall calculations, and reviewing complex legal documentation. Candidates need CLO or alternative investment operations experience, a relevant finance-related background, advanced Excel and AI-tool skills, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
