The Associate Portfolio Manager, Commercial Servicing is an individual-contributor role supporting a team of Portfolio Managers with commercial real estate loan servicing. Responsibilities include handling borrower and investor inquiries, delinquency resolution, payment and billing support, property surveillance, document collection, loan-document review, account maintenance, and escalation of complex issues. The role requires strong customer service, communication, judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a phone queue; a college degree is preferred, and bilingual English-Spanish ability is a plus. The position offers an expected annual salary of $50,000 to $66,000 plus potential quarterly performance bonuses.
