Description
The Associate Community Director supports the Community Director in managing the financial and operational operations of an apartment community. Responsibilities include rent and fee collection, bank deposits, accounting and bookkeeping, invoice processing, financial reporting, resident collections, lease enforcement, move-out dispositions, resident complaints, owner reporting, and on-site supervision when the Community Manager is absent. The role also supports leasing and marketing activities and requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of multifamily industry experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with property management software.
