Description
Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Competition Litigation Associate with approximately 2-6 years' PQE to advise clients on competition damages actions, collective proceedings, abuse of dominance claims, and other competition-related disputes. The role involves managing contentious matters through trial, settlement or appeal; drafting pleadings and procedural applications; supporting disclosure, evidence gathering and case management; and contributing to regulatory matters, business development and client relationship management. The position requires a qualified solicitor with relevant competition litigation experience, strong analytical, drafting, advocacy and communication skills, and a hybrid working model requiring at least three days in the office.
