Fisica is hiring an Associate Configuration Management professional for a temporary, potentially permanent role in Simi Valley, California. The position controls, releases, and maintains engineering drawings, technical documents, product data, and configuration records across the product and program lifecycle. Responsibilities include reviewing release packages, processing document revisions, maintaining PLM, ERP, and document management systems, tracking engineering change requests, supporting configuration baselines and audits, and coordinating with Engineering and other cross-functional teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with zero to two years of related experience or four years of experience in lieu of a degree, U.S. citizenship, and strong attention to detail; prior regulated-environment experience and familiarity with PLM, ERP, CAD, and quality standards are preferred. The schedule is 9/80, and the salary range is $58,000–$80,000.
